Definitions

"Company" refers to Taliferro Tech, LLC dba Taliferro Group. "Platform" or "Taliferro" refers to any services, tools, or applications provided through the Company’s websites, including the TODD platform.

Use of Website Content

The Company authorizes you to view and access a single copy of the content on the Platform for personal and/or business use. All materials, including text, graphics, software, code, and databases, are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of any part of the Platform is forbidden unless expressly permitted by law.

Acceptable Site Use

Users may not use the Platform to transmit or store material that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is defamatory, obscene, or abusive

Attempts to breach security, overload systems, send spam, or deploy malicious code are strictly prohibited. The Company will investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement as necessary.

Inactivity

If a user account is inactive for more than 30 consecutive days, the Company reserves the right to delete the account and all associated data.

Specific Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to interfere with Platform functionality or infrastructure, share passwords, or use unauthorized automated tools. Actions such as framing, scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorized access are forbidden.

User Information

Upon registration, users must provide a valid email address and other requested details. The Company will not share personal contact details without consent, except when required by law. Aggregate anonymous data may be used for internal analysis.

User Submissions

Users are responsible for the content they post and may not upload material that violates laws or third-party rights. The Company acts as a passive conduit and reserves the right to remove harmful or illegal content at its discretion.

Ownership of Data

You retain all rights to data you upload or enter through the Platform, including data stored in TODD. The Company does not claim ownership of your data. By using the Platform, you grant the Company a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide services. All intellectual property comprising the Platform remains the exclusive property of the Company.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform or content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

No Resale or Unauthorized Use

You agree not to resell or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms, nor to make unauthorized commercial use of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability for any claims arising out of use of the Platform is limited to $100.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate access and delete accounts for violating these Terms or for unverified information submissions.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Seattle, WA. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Certain areas of the Platform may have additional terms. By accessing those areas, you agree to be bound by those specific terms.
